Services are subject to availability, plan selection, and executed service agreements. A free 14-day trial is available with no credit card required.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, platform, or systems
Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our site without written permission

Vybrant AI LLC operates its SMS program in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC regulations as administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR).

Nature of Consent

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Vybrant AI LLC. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, you must submit a new consent form.

Carrier Disclaimer

Vybrant AI LLC is not responsible for, and mobile carriers are not liable for, delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery depends on network availability and carrier conditions.

SMS Data Sharing

No mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records will be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

5. Free Trial & Service Agreements

Vybrant AI LLC offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. Paid services commence only upon execution of a service agreement or plan selection. Vybrant AI LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, AI tools, platform features, and service descriptions is the property of Vybrant AI LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybrant AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, reliance on any information provided, or the performance of services beyond the scope of a signed service agreement.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state where Vybrant AI LLC is registered.
